Do not take your vehicle to get it fixed. They will over charge and still the vehicle will not be fixed. They had my truck for 2 weeks and then finally came back and said it was the transmission. I had alre charge and still the vehicle will not be fixed. They had my truck for 2 weeks and then finally came back and said it was the transmission. I had already paid them 1900 the week before to fix my truck in which it was not fixed. U took my truck Jesse Britts and the issue was a computer issue and I got my truck back the same day. I do not recommend Auto Nation at all... do not take your vehicle here to get repaired. More

After getting the truck we purchased home I noticed that it didn’t have the jack tools or the lug wrench. I called the dealership and was informed that they would not replace them. They said that those item it didn’t have the jack tools or the lug wrench. I called the dealership and was informed that they would not replace them. They said that those items were an accessory like an extra key. If these are not necessary or just an accessory, why does EVERY truck and car come with them? Will not be doing business with AutoNation ever again! More
