I got there early in the morning and the service advisor was able to get me in for my servicing needs. I was in and out in an hour. Only thing is that I did not have the socket for my factory security lug n was able to get me in for my servicing needs. I was in and out in an hour. Only thing is that I did not have the socket for my factory security lug nuts and am surprised no mechanic had all the different ones that could be needed…especially if they are factory wheels More

Traveling home to Minnesota March 1, 2022, our driver’s side rear view mirror was shattered by a passing semi. We first stopped at Oviedo Chevrolet in La Grange, TX. The mirror was not available but they side rear view mirror was shattered by a passing semi. We first stopped at Oviedo Chevrolet in La Grange, TX. The mirror was not available but they called AutoNation Chevrolet Waco and sent us there. The address, part number, and cost information were given to us. We were more than happy with the AutoNation Chevrolet Waco Service Desk (Mindy) , Parts Department, and mechanics . We called ahead, the part was available, we were met at the service area and our truck taken in immediately for repair. We were able to resume our trip home SAFELY in a few hours. THANK YOU!! More
