1st service we had done on brand new vehicle we dropped off and came back 3 hrs later and then sat for 2 more hrs before it was ready 2nd service with tire rotation this time stayed in waiting room and wa off and came back 3 hrs later and then sat for 2 more hrs before it was ready 2nd service with tire rotation this time stayed in waiting room and waited 3hrs and finally went to ask about vehicle and was told oh its been ready for awhile we didn't realize you were waiting here for it even though when I booked the service I put that in would wait for vehicle More
