Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and waited over 2 hours before it was completed. The only thing they did was not charge my oil change to my maintenance plan which ultimately gives us one more over 2 hours before it was completed. The only thing they did was not charge my oil change to my maintenance plan which ultimately gives us one more free oil change but it was still a huge inconvenience and ridiculous amount of time to wait on your truck to get an oil change when you scheduled an appointment and didn’t just walk in. Usually have to wait about an hour or so but never over 2 hours like this last time. The only way we knew what was going on was to ask. They did not come and give us any information. More
