He explained the steps they would take to make sure the vehicle would be back to me in that length of time one way or another. As it worked out ,he kept me informed of the progress, told me they had found another computer and would be able to have the vehicle ready by noon the next day . They did . I do genuinely like this dealership for many reasons. I have unfortunately had to visit the dealership a little too often due to car issues. With that being said, the times I have been there, the people I have unfortunately had to visit the dealership a little too often due to car issues. With that being said, the times I have been there, the people that work in the service department are typically very kind, communicate well, and try to get me the best deal possible when I am checking out for my service. Grant has worked with me the last couple trips and he seems to genuinely care about me, my car, and respects my time. I have no actual proof of this, but there has been more than one occurrence of taking my car in to get something worked on, and I come out with another new issue that I have to bring my car back to get worked on some more. This has been very frustrating, and I'm not sure if it's just because I am really unlucky, or if there is something else going on there. However, this has cost me thousands of dollars as it has happened multiple times. More

Took my car in for a check engine light which I had already been told was a temperature sensor. Car ran well when I took it in. Service writer drove it around to the back. Then the mechanic drove it and all of a sudden it won't stay running, rough idle, and throwing intake codes. Told it would be $980 to put the stock intake back on. Next day I'm told oops, it is going to be $1600. Been a week now. This is crap. The excuse is a whole bunch of hoses were cut when the cold air intake was put on. Which is crap. One week later a d I still don't have my car. And I can't drive it to another dealer to fix it. Never ever going there again to get anything fixed. More
