I have purchased multiple vehicles from Auto Nation. Each time I have purchased the extra package for oil changes. Even when making an appointment I have to wait all day to get an oil change. I left and went somewhere else and had it done in 20minutes and have never gone back. I would rather pay for them and be treated like they care about my business than ever go back to Auto Nation where I get them for free. ALL of the Service Advisors are so rude and could care less about the customer. This is the worst dealership in Waco. I will never purchase an other vehicle from them again. I just brought my truck in for an alert from OnStar and was treated so rudely that I will NEVER go to this dealership again. I brought it in on Thursday and didn't get it back until Tuesday, totally unacceptable. The entire dealership does not care about customer service. More

We went to Auto Nation in Waco after my daughter's car was totaled in a wreck. Our salesman was Pablo and I can't remember the finance man's name but they were both amazing!!
