I was experiencing a problem with my 2020 Silverado’s transmission. Scheduled an appt and dropped off my truck . After a few days of waiting for an update ii was connected with a man named Bill Knight. M transmission. Scheduled an appt and dropped off my truck . After a few days of waiting for an update ii was connected with a man named Bill Knight. Mr knight apologized for the delays, got my truck looked at immediately and subsequently got my truck repaired when he said he would the next day. When i picked up my truck Mr Knight could not have been more customer focused, he’s a great asset to Auto Nation and the type of customer service professional one would expect from a Chevy dealership. Bill again apologized for the communication delays from the service specialist that i was Initially working with and got me on my way….I highly recommend AutoNation. More
