I normally dislike car dealerships due to high pressure sales tactics, but AutoNation Chevrolet in Waco was a breath of fresh air. I originally went in to look at a used vehicle that I ended up not liking. sales tactics, but AutoNation Chevrolet in Waco was a breath of fresh air. I originally went in to look at a used vehicle that I ended up not liking. Roland was amazing to work with, he drove around the lot to try and locate another vehicle similar to the one I originally was looking for, unfortunately they did not have another vehicle of the same make and model that I was looking for. Roland gave me options for similar vehicles, and I found a 2023 Equinox that I liked. Never at any point did I feel pressured into making a decision, and I always felt like I was in control of deciding what the next step was. I appreciate AutoNation Chevrolet Waco and Roland for making this process so easy and enjoyable. More

Pablo Garcia was a polished professional salesman. No pressure from this man. He allowed me to really tire kick the 2013 F150 I was examining. They sent the truck back into make ready and gave it a final once over cleaning. I even got a fill up of gas before I left. Mercedes Benz/Chevrolet of Waco was worth the drive from Dallas to close this deal. More
