I made the mistake of taking my 34 year old Chevy in for a simple tire change and alignment. They had it 2 days before I went up there to see why it was taking so long; seems they forgot to call me and tell a simple tire change and alignment. They had it 2 days before I went up there to see why it was taking so long; seems they forgot to call me and tell me it was 'ready'. Car handled worse, I took it back for 2 more days of "don't know what's wrong with it" and "he thinks it's the steering rack". There was nothing wrong with the steering rack when I brought it in. There was nothing wrong with the car at all except it needed rear camber shims and you didn't even do that! So now I've got it at a REAL service center to find out what your idiot broke. You will never see another penny from me. You think I'm gonna buy a car from a place that can't be trusted with a classic car? xxxx to the naw. More

They are friendly, efficient, and customer oriented. However, I did not receive any kind of paper or e receipt showing the work that had been done for my records.
