Good service. Of course I would love to see the dealership lower their prices. The mark up on parts and labor is too high. I didn't see an option for loaner cars. Overall, service did a great job repairing my truck. My only “gripe” is that I called after 4 days to check on the status of my truck, and my service advisor, Roland, happened to be off work that day. I then called the general service phone number and although the people I spoke with were very pleasant, it was clear they had no idea about my vehicle. Twice I was forwarded to someone else’s voice mail account. When I called back and insisted for an update, the woman who answered the phone put me on hold and was kind enough to walk back to speak to the technician for me, which I appreciated. They’ve been repairing vehicles for a long time, and I understand they may be shorthanded and everyone is very busy in these crazy times, but there should be a system in place to handle simple customer inquiries when the service advisor is not available. I genuinely felt like nobody knew what was going on, which did not provide confidence. BUT, I will take my vehicle back for service for sure. More
