My car was in shop for a month plus had to wait 6 days before I could even take it in and 4 days to get a report. No LOANER cars. Because they said battery acid leaked on transmission, car warranty would before I could even take it in and 4 days to get a report. No LOANER cars. Because they said battery acid leaked on transmission, car warranty would no pay. Battery people replaced battery with upgraded one and cleaned the off most of the acid. Auto Nation insisted it was battery people responsibility. Corporate battery people wanted to test the battery so he sent it up there and will probably take 2-3 weeks for testing. In meantime Auto Nation would not order parts and I was without my only vehicle. Finally I was tired on depending on friend’s vehicles so I told them to order parts and I would pay for them. I got old parts back and not sure one actually had what they said. After talking to numerous people, no one had ever heard of acid doing that kind of damage. One Cadillac service said the acid from a battery is so diluted that they couldn’t see it doing the damage to transmission pan. I was very frustrated and tired of fighting- 2 warranties and I still paid. At least the battery people honored the battery warranty, but not sure they are responsible for paying for everything. More

To start I called to set an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. That process was peerless. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted promptly and friendly. They filled out some information and asked my concerns as well as walked around my vehicle checking if anything else needed attention for my safety. I was given a ride back to work. Midday I was called that they had some recommendations for my vehicle and sent me a video. I agreed they needed to be addressed. Later in the day I was called that it was ready and they would pick me up from work. I was picked up and brought back to the dealership. My paperwork was ready, they reviewed what was done and I paid with the same person. They set my next service appointment to come back in a few months. They let me know I would get a survey in my email about my experience. I was completely satisfied to that point. A few days later they called just to make sure everything was still going smoothly and if I had any questions. I will continue to visit. More

I have bought four vehicles from this location. The service department is awesome. Roland actually is who I deal with most of the time. He is very respectful and considerate.
