Bought a 2007 Corvette and was given a spare key, locked my keys in the car and the spare key given to me by the dealership when I purchased the car did not fit the car "Mike" the manager kept telling me he my keys in the car and the spare key given to me by the dealership when I purchased the car did not fit the car "Mike" the manager kept telling me he could do nothing for me that they rarely give spare keys on the purchase of a car from them but they did give me one on my purchase that did not work. My fault for locking my keys in my car but his attitude and his very unprofessional concern to a customer without offering to get me a key fob replacement I was willing to purchase says go somewhere else. It's about selling cars only not assisting past customers in need. Absolutely a ZERO rating on Mike the current manager!!! Find another place to purchase your new car. Do not stop at AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf freeway!!!! Once you drive off your nothing to them but a sale!!! More

I decided on purchasing car from autonation so I wouldn’t have to haggle over pricing. Car was an excellent price and sales person was nice. Only issue was when I got to financing they were extremely pushy i have to haggle over pricing. Car was an excellent price and sales person was nice. Only issue was when I got to financing they were extremely pushy in trying to get me to purchase extended warranty. Also my deposit I had to give to hold car took longer than I was told it would take to get refunded. More
