I have visited with this dealer on several occasions and each time I wonder why I come back. This last time was to fix a recall. When I arrived I was not greeted and had to wait a more than reasonable amoun each time I wonder why I come back. This last time was to fix a recall. When I arrived I was not greeted and had to wait a more than reasonable amount of time to get welcomed. As I entered all four reps looked at me, then went back to their task. Not one attempted to help me until I spoke up. More
The dealership itself is good but service part of it was bad this time. My wife took my truck in for service for me because I was at work. When I got home o noticed that my truck was dirty on the inside , t bad this time. My wife took my truck in for service for me because I was at work. When I got home o noticed that my truck was dirty on the inside , the oil life was not reset , and the the next oil change miles was more than the 5k is was supposed to be. Now I gotta call them and make another appointment so they can reset the oil life. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. More
I purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot on Feb 21. My sales rep was Victoria. I have to say that the initial purchase was one of the least stressful car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Victoria had My sales rep was Victoria. I have to say that the initial purchase was one of the least stressful car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Victoria had the vehicle ready for a test drive and had my vehicle appraised at the same time. I already owned a pilot (just upgrading) so instantly knew the vehicle was right for me. Victoria presented me with the dealer offer (trade in allowance/average rate/etc.). After I presented my preapproval rate she was able to work with her management team in order to match. Huge time saver because I could now deal directly with the dealership and keep everything in house. Next came Finance. Here I was assisted by Ricardo. Ricardo was also very professional and not pushy at all. I’ve had some bad experiences with Finance teams. I understand it’s part of their job to sell warranties, but if you push to hard the customer will feel uneasy and end up not purchasing anything. Ricardo explained all of my options clearly and in the end I purchased a 60k mile extended warranty for that piece of mind. I was not able to leave the dealership with the new vehicle because my trade in had an aftermarket hitch that I wanted to keep. It was unfortunate that the dealership wouldn’t take it off for me (4 bolts). Needless to say I had to come home (45 minutes away) and remove it myself. Once again Victoria to the rescue. She was gracious enough to deliver the new vehicle to my house. She pulled up just as I had finished removing the hitch. That same day my wife took the vehicle for an errand and had an unfortunate incident. It was a sunny day so she pulled down the driver side visor (while driving on the highway) and the visor completely came off. Lucky for us she was able to avoid getting in an accident. I immediately notified Victoria. The visor was a issue that had supposedly been repaired prior to the sale. Knowing this I took it upon myself to verify that all of the repairs that I was assured of were completed. The vehicle had new tires ✅ engine air filter ✅ new wipers ✅ cabin air filter - this was new but it was installed upside down (unacceptable). So Victoria again agreed to pick up the vehicle to have the visor repaired. Keep in mind this is all within the first 2 days of ownership. So much for the 250 mile/5 day return policy. The vehicle was returned the same day with all repairs completed/checked. My biggest issue is that I sent emails to the sales manager and the GM regarding my issues and I did not get a reply. I think management should be a bit more client focused (i.e. Victoria/Ricardo). I understand there is a bottom line but without customers you don’t have a business. All I expected was a call back to ensure that my concerns were being dealt with and an apology for the inconvenience. I rated the dealership 4 stars thanks to Victoria and Ricardo. I hope to do business with auto nation again in the future, but hope to experience better client service from the management team. You are quick to introduce yourself when the client first gets there but after the sale we are just another number. It shouldn’t be that way. Thank you for my new vehicle!! More
