Dealership made appointment when I arrived there wasn't appointment on record. Had to wait to be worked in about 15 minutes. Poor communication with appointment setters and dealership. I would love to know how my Ford Fusion is, but I haven’t received it yet. Although I’m a little frustrated with the situation, the staff at Auto Nation Chevrolet on gulf fwy south bound are amazing.
