My service advisor Gary was very nice, funny and honest about what I needed for my vehicle. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Will return. about what I needed for my vehicle. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Will return. More
It’s not the car sales persons or the parts sales people who are great, and I am not rating. It is the Service Department. I towed in my Chevrolet 2007 Silverado 1500 truck because it didn’t want to fully crank and start. Before I took it for service, and was told the computer module needed to be replaced and a new battery. $867 later the signal lights, door locks, 4x4 wheel drive engagement, adjustable lights, windshield water pump and other electronic problems occurred. The service department manager which I spoke with, gave me the runaround telling me that I needed another part, a BCM. Told him, I’m not a mechanic, what is that? He explained , I told him why didn’t it come up in the diagnostic check? And why wasn’t one done after an important part of a vehicle is installed to check for any other problems? The service manager was rude and treated me like a fool. Just wanted to make more money. Taking my truck to my local mechanic to verify if it is the BCM. If it is, which only a dealership can reprogram such a device after installment. I will take my truck to another dealership to have it fix. I don’t want to see the faces of the representative and the manager again. More
