Damon and Greg were amazing to work with. Greg took extra time to show me all the new buttons, bells, and whistles on my Armada. I was very appreciative of that. The people are very friendly and welcoming, but the service always takes much longer than expected. Whether it was buying the vehicle, bringing it in for a simple oil change, or bringing it in to check service always takes much longer than expected. Whether it was buying the vehicle, bringing it in for a simple oil change, or bringing it in to check an oil leak, we had to expect to be there for at least half the day if not leave the vehicle there for multiple days. I have noticed a pattern of allowing us to bring in the vehicle for service or saying it will be done at a certain time, but then it is not ready and we are left without a vehicle for hours or days at a time as there are no loaners. Wade was very helpful in getting the part I needed for my Chevrolet Traverse so I could attend a meeting in Austin. I live 76 miles from Amarillo and it is a 2 hour drive so I will continue to go to Auto Nat Chevrolet Traverse so I could attend a meeting in Austin. My washer fluid reservoir was good when I took in for service but leaking when service was completed. Service lady that was not my original contact basically blamed us and then talked to mechanic and he service but leaking when service was completed. Fortunately it will be covered under the warranty she said so I hope so. More
