Problem was diagnosed quickly but parts were backorder for 10 days. There was no loaner vehicle available. Once parts arrived vehicle was repaired quickly. Dealership also washed vehicle before I arrived to pick it up
The process was easy, no pressure from either the sales team or business office. Very willing to answer questions and provide answers in a timely manner. I would recommend Alyssa and Ed as well as the dealership.
KO and team was great! I was traveling through Amarillo on my way home when we had issues with my vehicle. And they got my Escalade in and repaired very quickly. I really appreciate the level of the service.
Polite, work completed in a timely fashion and an extra issue identified and part ordered.
