I emailed one of the sales guys and specifically asked him to send me some numbers. He did not do that. So, I emailed the GM, Scott. Scott bounced it to Howard (who I believe is the Assistant GM). Don’t send me an email about how you can help (which he sent me a few weeks ago) and then, when I reach out, bounce me to someone else. Howard was difficulty to work with. I asked him the same questions I ask Saul. He sent me information on a truck that I did not ask about. The information he sent reflected a higher percentage rate then I has been offered before. I replied and asked him to send me the numbers on the three vehicles I asked about and I mentioned my experience about the percentage rate. His reply was: we don’t offer those rates, you’re welcome to pay cash or financial through someone else. Never answered my questions, just a passive reply. My wife talked me into stopping by the dealer. When we did, low and behold, there were 4 or 5 models actually there! So, we found what we wanted and went to talk to them about numbers. The percentage rates still were not where we wanted so we asked if they could do better. Then Howard comes over and starts talking about how I said I wanted 0% so he didn’t understand where we were at. I corrected him because that is not what I said. I said my idea of lower rates was based on the 0% at 48 months being offered and that I had been there before and it was lower. He was just arrogant and it did not really feel like he cared about what we wanted. He cared more about being right. I just want to reiterate, Nwail and MJ were awesome! Would definitely work with them again. More
My experience was exceptional. I reached out to the dealership in regards to my recall. I was contacted by the scheduling person who is very informative and flexible with my sche I reached out to the dealership in regards to my recall. I was contacted by the scheduling person who is very informative and flexible with my schedule. I was contacted by Scott who is my advisor reminding me of my appointment for days before. When I arrived Scott met me at my vehicle introduced himself and explained the entire process from start to finish. I was advised that my car would be ready later that afternoon. Scott kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the day and the expected time of completion. Once the car was completed I was able to co e and pick it up with all of my expectations met. I was treated as a valued customer. I will definitely bring my other vehicles in for service at this dealership. I would also like to add that I was able to speak to the Service manager Mike who made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle. Great job to you Mike and your team. More
My appointment was for 10:00 AM I arrived at 9:50 AM. I waited at the dealership during my service visit.
