For the service department, I was disappointed because when they texted me advising me that my truck needed an oil change I asked if there were any deals, they texted saying yes for 74.95 then I got the b when they texted me advising me that my truck needed an oil change I asked if there were any deals, they texted saying yes for 74.95 then I got the bill after they finished and was over 135.00 when we showed them the text he did not honor it and just took off 30.00, that's not cool, I could have went to another chevrolet dealer that had also a great promotion, but since we purchased the truck at arrowhead we decided to take it there. We didn't appreciate the bait and switch on us and we had proof with the text they sent us. I will not be using them again for service what shame. so consumer beware of text scams from them bait and switch not fair at all. Last review I gave was a 5 star, I take that back now how shady this was. More
