They are always honest with me and reasonable with their prices. If they can’t fix it, then it can’t be fixed. I’ve had multiple cars there to be worked on and purchased two of my cars from Auto Nation, the prices. If they can’t fix it, then it can’t be fixed. I truly don't like to write negative reviews but what can you say when you make an appointment for an oil change drop off your vehicle get told 2 to 2 and a half hours it'll be done. 4 and a half hours l can you say when you make an appointment for an oil change drop off your vehicle get told 2 to 2 and a half hours it'll be done. 4 and a half hours later they hadn't even touched my vehicle. That is terrible customer service. I was told that a technician quit that day and they were overbooked.Ok fine but let me know that and I can bring it back some other time. To take a vehicle back to the garage and not do anything is wrong. I received a comped oil change but I don't know if I can waste another whole day for a simple oil change. You have some issues there and I hope you can fix them More

Also, a BIG THANK YOU to Finance (Charles Whitley) for doing his magic finding someone to qualify and drop my interest percentage down. Granite it's not the monthly payment where I want to be or percentage, however IK I have to work on my credit more to be able to try to refinance it within a year or 2 to get where I want to be. When I had any questions or was confused on something they were able to take the time to sit and explain to me. which is a plus. I am so glad I went with them. More
