I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival they told me 1-1 1/2 hours to get it done. It took over 2 hours. This is unacceptable for a simple oil change with an appointment. Service arrival they told me 1-1 1/2 hours to get it done. It took over 2 hours. This is unacceptable for a simple oil change with an appointment. Service advisor was John Del Pozzo. He was nice and professional, however he should of gotten me out of there sooner. I will try this dealership one more time. If they can't respect their appointments I will go somewhere else. More
