xxxxxx DONE with their so-called "service" dept In the year that I've owned my 2013 Camaro I've had to have the fuel injectors replaced twice, the battery, the radio, the Hill Start Assist, and then In the year that I've owned my 2013 Camaro I've had to have the fuel injectors replaced twice, the battery, the radio, the Hill Start Assist, and then my clutch went bad. Their excuse about my clutch was "well the 100 point inspection when we sell the car only indicates that the parts are working, not that they're worn out." Well that's just great! This car only has 58,000 miles. The warranty didn't cover the clutch because it's not considered a "moving part." So Autonation wanted to charge me $2500 for parts and labor, but didn't provide me with an itemized statement for the parts. I found a local mechanic who did the job for less than $1,000. Hey, it's not covered by warranty anyway, so why not. Anyway, when I took it in because the Hill Start Assist wasn't releasing on hills (caused the clutch to overheat, probably because the clutch was burning out anyway), they gave me some baloney about using the E-brake on hills. It took my husband dumbing it down before they finally understood that the Hill Start Assist needed adjustment. My radio was cutting in and out and they replaced it under warranty, but now the new radio is even worse and I'm still having to pay for Sirius XM with fewer features! I don't know why the fuel injectors went bad twice in six months. They said I had to use premium fuel, so now I do. I hate dealing with so-called "service advisors" who have absolutely no mechanical knowledge and don't listen to you. I hate the fact that I have to have my husband talk to them. I hate the fact that my Camaro has spent so much time in the shop in one year. And then they give me hassle if I want a rental vehicle so I can get to work while they "analyze" my car. Don't get me started on how they quoted me $600 to fix a flickering headlight, and later on when I took the car to get the headlight fixed, the price suddenly changed to $1100. I'm so xxxxxx DONE with Autonation that I don't even care about the extended warranty anymore. More
Worst service and customer service ever and i mean ever. The worst experience ever. Started out by having the service department performing a routine oil change and literally after driving off with my car ab The worst experience ever. Started out by having the service department performing a routine oil change and literally after driving off with my car about 3 miles down the road the car over heats really bad. Had on star get it towed back to the dealership. They couldn't diagnose it. Went from replacing starter to the battery to the cooling fan assembly then a week later the engine went out. Been dealing with the general manager Jay and have told him time and time again I want my car replaced due to their service error. Nothing was wrong with my camaro when I dropped it off until after they serviced it and yet they can take full responsibility for their mistake. All the general manager does is give me the xxxx run around so I'm getting ready to file a complaint with the BBB not against General motors but against him and the dealership for failure to make the problem correct. This has been going on since Dec 23 2017. So whatever you do don't take your new cars or trucks to get serviced here or you'll wild up in a big ordeal like myself and they won't do anything to help you. Trust me I've tried day in and day out. Get completely nowhere with those clowns. To top it off the General Manager is a big piece of xxxx nothing but a little xxxxx hiding behind his desk like a little girl doesn't want to fix the service departments mistake of xxxxing up my camaro... I'm still waiting for the compression results which I asked back on Dec 29th when me and my boss requested on a recorded line to show proof that the engine did fail on its and not to some wrong doing on the service part. I feel that they are hiding something from me since they are not showing me the evidence to prove what they are telling me in the mean time I will keep adding to this review and will continue to do so until justice is served. I don't care who in the dealership take a the hit that's not my problem anymore so it will be who of you to resolve this issue which has been going on since the 23rd of December and no one has come forward with the honest to god truth I guess no one over there has the xxxxx to do so just as I thought. I will post this exact same review at all places I can in regards to this dealership and it's management I'm done with them blowing smoke up my xxx. I was born at night but not last night. How do you like them apples and if they have to take a pay cut due to all this so be it maybe they'll learn not to xxxx with me ever again. xxxxx in their court now. More

I picked up the truck to discover they put in some connectors for #2 and #7 injectors. This should be approximately $30 in connectors and would have taken me 30minures to do. I was charged just under $500 in labor for this fix. They played stupid when I confronted them about it, as well as the service director, but they all knew exactly what they were doing. This is a common problem for this model and I am sure they have seen thousands for the same thing. They knew exactly how to sell it, just didn't expect the customer to know what was going on. I have never had an honest experience with this shop, but it was always small fries, this was the last straw and I recommend taking your Chevy to a ford dealer before taking it here. More

Sorry." On Friday, August 11, 2017 I test drove a 2006 Toyota, Tundra with 51,000 miles on it. The front end bounced; they assured me it was the tire balance. We did the paper work and I left a $5000 deposit and they told me the Tundra would be ready to be picked up Saturday, August 12, 2017. I paid the balance on Saturday, August 12, 2017 but the Tundra had the same problem. They assured me they would fix it. I picked the Tundra up on Wednesday, August 16, 2017. The sales manager Derek Miller told me that I shouldn't worry; if there was a problem he would take care of it. I tried to call my salesman Bill Kendrick at the office and reached him on his cell phone but he was ill. Then I called the store looking for Derek Miller but he wasn't there. On August 21, 2017 after failing to reach Derek or Bill directly, I spoke with the operator who told me Mr. Barrios was Bill's manager since Bill was out ill. I spoke with Mr Barrios & I explained what was going on and he said to send him an email and he would forward it to Derek and Derek would call me the following morning. I sent the email but never heard from Derek. I am not mechanical; the front end is still making a noise related to the original problem. I just want it fixed properly as Derek Miller promised. During this sale I had an interaction with the general manager of the dealership and expressed to Bill Kendrick, my salesman, that he was not nice. Bill repeated back my sentiment out loud to me. Lied to about warrantee coverage. Mr Jackson My story started when I went to your Arrowhead Chevy store. I ended up purchasing a used 2005 corvette with 10k mikes, that car was modif Mr Jackson My story started when I went to your Arrowhead Chevy store. I ended up purchasing a used 2005 corvette with 10k mikes, that car was modified by a chevy store in Libertyville prior to me purchasing it. While looking at the car I was assured of its professional build, they showed me all the documentation, that it had been evaluated in the service department and that it was eligible for a warrantee. After meeting with sales and finance I was once again reassured they had a warrantee that would cover all of the things I was worried about, motor, trans as well as the added products headers, cam, supercharger etc. so with that assurance I went ahead and purchased the car and a $4,500 extended warranty. I even purchase glass and tire coverage. I was happy driving from PHX to Tucson but found little things that needed repair, rather than going back to Arrowhead I did those and more at my own expense just so I didn't have to drive all the way back. Since then I shipped the car to my house in Dallas eventually those little things turned big. The AC went out amongst other things, after visiting several chevy stores on these items and being turned away for the "Mods" I was sent to a corvette specialist. They inspected the car and claimed that lots of stuff was poorly installed especially the supercharger, specifically the brackets. They did fix the AC and got it covered under warrantee as well as a few other things. Now I knew I was right about insisting on a warrantee. I didn't drive the car for months but in showing the car it was clear my transmission had a problem going into reverse. I went back to the a shop and like the AC he submitted it to warrantee claims. It was denied, not because it would not have been covered by the policy on a unmodified car but given the Mods they declined the repair and canceled my warrantee. Staying very clearly it should never have been sold on that car. That the dealership either intentionally or unintentionally mislead me. Of course I called the Arrowhead store after many calls with the warrantee company trying to work it out. So here I am and I'm not not giving up. Its just not fair and it's not good business. As nice as the finance guy I last talked to was he just told me the GM said he will only return the warrantee cost. Really is that fair. It cost me 3500 to fix the trans this time. By the way I've only put 6 thousand miles on it since I've owned it. After paying the repairs I get like 800 bucks back and no warrantee and a car I don't want without one. This is simply wrong. Bad business and is the kind of thing that make people suspect of car dealerships. Maybe some people can afford to be mislead but I can not. I'm a hard working American, buying only American cars. Through my many calls and research It is quite clear that the original finance guy knew it wouldn't be covered or at least he should have know. Perhaps he crossed his fingers and justified it by saying I hit my numbers. I don't really know but I do know without equivocation I would not have bought that car without a warrantee. As a matter of fact my adult son and I sat with the finance guy for an hour on just what was covered and how great this plan was. He even claimed it was better than any other because it was also used on high mileage performance cars. Come to find out not only was the car not eligible for the warrantee it was the wrong plan for that car. The offer to repay me for a warrantee they sold me knowing or at least should have know was illegitimate and now dismiss me is unacceptable and I would think AutoNation is better than that. I asked Arrowhead to be fair when I called them asking to be reimbursed for the warrantee as well as my out of pocket costs and the value differential with and without the warrantee. But I got the take it or leave it offer. So last go round I am asking for what they should have really offered. I want them to buy the car back for what I have into it. I know that might not seem fair to you and it's actually not necessary but it's about as absurd as their take it or leave it offer. How can it be reasonable to send me what equated to 800 bucks after they sold me a car using false pretenses. I even reached out to the CEO and he sent me back to the GM and I got the same story except this time he blamed me for not doing the warrantee claim correctly. Really. Basically he blamed me that the warrantee company find out they had scammed them. I am now waiting for Mr Jackson to return my follow up message. More

Best dealer I have dealt with by far These guys took care of me really well. Tomas Lopez is a great sales person he has a lot of knowledge on their vehicles and inventory he doesn't play These guys took care of me really well. Tomas Lopez is a great sales person he has a lot of knowledge on their vehicles and inventory he doesn't play games he is up front and tells it like it is I send him my friends and family and recommend him to any one looking for a car or truck. Derek also made a miracle happen he gets on the phone and speaks to a person at the bank to make sure they understand the structure and to find out exactly what you need to get a pre approval before they give you an answer compared to others where they submit it online. I have been doing business with them for over 14 years and only had two sales guys since then, Tomas is my latest when he started 8 years ago before, him was Felix unfortunately Felix moved out of state but Tomas is just as awesome please give them a shot they truly are my go to guys when it comes to buying a new Chevrolet. They also have good deals on used vehicles as well! More

The next day they call me and say I owe them $1500 dollars. They say the payoff on my vehicle was wrong. Wait, isn't that something you should know as a dealer before you give someone a truck? They told me I was lying and gave them the wrong payoff. They did a credit check and all. Let me say, i have a lot of equity in my trade, and they even told me i did.Im highly educated and make good money. I gave them my account info for the vehicle too. I went back there and got my car back. Derek Miller and Brent were completely rude to me, got in my face and yelled at me like they could care less. No one should ever be treated like this. Complete 360 from when they were selling the truck. They must make too much money to care, but I didnt see many people there. I never thought a professional dealership would be like this. First and last trip here. If any senior leaders would like more information, please feel free to contact me. More
