As it is I will have made 14 calls and many hours making sure that my warranty claim gets paid. I believe that the finance dept took my money $608, and never registered my warranty. Safeguard is the warranty company (owned by autonation i was told) and they have no record of the warranty, oh wait, after many calls, i do have a warranty but only roadside assist. i will now have to pay for the work and hope the finance manager at arrowhead will compensate me personally. Sophia swears she will, honest! I believe there is fraud and conspiracy to conceal the fraud at both the dealer Arrowhead Chev and at the warranty outfit, Safeguard. No apology, never. Aieeeeee! More

(its 2nd suv I bought here) I took it to service center to replace the defected fuel pump which I ask them to check a year ago that something was knocking in back of car and they said it was from the cold weather?. Then when I just got it serviced they said "I was lucky it is covered" REALLLLLLLLLLLY! I asked for a loaner car to get to work the next day and they said no, I said I would pay for one, they still said no and at 5pm when they said they are keeping it for the next day, that its my problem on getting a rental car. NICE! They had 600 cars on lot. WOW!I went in the following day to pick up my suv and let them know as a repeated customer I WILL NEVER buy another defected car with poor service to top it off! Chevy was the vehicle I always bought, but not anymore. Trading this suv soon for a Toyota who stands behind excellent service for repeat customers! Nancy Myrick More

Bullying tactics Thought we would give this another try an buy a truck. Well let’s start off with our sales guy who had a xxxx poor attitude. If that was not enough we Thought we would give this another try an buy a truck. Well let’s start off with our sales guy who had a xxxx poor attitude. If that was not enough we found a price for the truck cheaper online then what they were advertising plus I received an email for a cheaper price. The sales guy said no they would not honor that price because we have to have a GM lease which the email never said that. Then he tried to intimidate us which did not work. He had to go and get others involved needless to say we left without buying a truck. Their bullying tactics will not be tolerated More

Tw I purchased a new Malibu from this dealership a year ago and had a good experience, so I returned to buy a Bolt. We were unable to come to terms. Two days later, I sent a message through their website "contact us" form, asking for the final numbers, as I wanted to explore my own financing. Two managers emailed me over the weekend to ask if my questions had been answered. I replied to both and said nobody had responded and I ended up going to the Nissan dealership and purchased a Leaf. I received an extremely snarky and unprofessional response from Mgr. Jay Schmitdke. I am disappointed in the low level response I received from individuals charged with providing good customer service and common courtesy. More

The salesman, Brent Irwin, nor the Internet Manager, Mario Gomez, would make the appointment nor would they contact me. Nearly two weeks later and my car has not be repaired as promised before the sale. I'll head back to Arrowhead AutoNation and speak to someone (a GM) about this poor customer service situation. More
Damaged my Brand New Corvette I took my brand new 2019 Corvette in for its 500 mile service. The service writer was very polite and professional. The oil change was completed quick I took my brand new 2019 Corvette in for its 500 mile service. The service writer was very polite and professional. The oil change was completed quickly however.... I discovered a paint chip at the top of the hood by the windshield wipers. At first it was “I don’t see how we could have done this”. Trust me, I never had the hood up, I had only had the car for 3 days and rock chips do not happen in that area.I let them know I was severely disappointed and I wanted my hood replaced since first, it is a brand new, an $80,000 vehicle and also it is impossible to match a factory paint job, even if it’s a small area. Upon much discussion I agreed to them to make an effort to repair the chip. I called the Service Manager back today and let him know that I will not be satisfied with the repair and requested to get a new hood. Mark said he would have to defer to the GM to make this decision...I’m awaiting an answer... More

Great to take your money, but horrible after the sale I am from CA and found the truck I wanted here at AutoNation. All went well on purchase but I was lied to by sales staff and by finance office about how to get the truck registered in CA. I did exactly what I was told to do and turned out to be a lie. i have spent and wasted so much time on this issue, it is going on 2 weeks now. Now I am sitting on a brand new truck that can not be driven as the registration that was temporary from AZ has expired. I called GM Financial and they say the dealership did not do the right paperwork for me and when I question the dealership I get a blow off and told they did it all right but they are not willing to do anything or help. I would stay away from this place. They are great at taking your money but awful at the follow up after when there is issues. Awful. I have not mentioned any names on purpose because they work there and represent the dealership and they are just a bad dealership. Stay away. More
