I obtained financing before I started looking so I literally had cash in hand. All I needed was to find the right car. After visiting 5 other dealerships, and looking at about 10 or so cars, I saw a beautiful Camaro on their website, so my husband and I decided to make the drive over. We were not disappointed. The car was beautiful and in excellent condition. We had the privilege of working with John Del Pozzo. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, there was ZERO pressure. It felt like having coffee with a friend and we were just happening to be looking at cars at the same time. He is very personable, respectful, and listens intently to everything you have to say. There was none of the high-pressure, back and forth sales tactics that we'd been subjected to elsewhere which was fantastic. I took the car for a test drive with John and after some discussion with the hubster, we decided that this was the one. John listened to my husband and I, especially when we said that it was me that was buying the car, I knew what I was looking for, and that I already had financing taken care of. I had zero concerns about being ignored or spoken over, which had happened at other dealerships. There was no hassle with my trade, a 2018 Mini Cooper S. It had low miles and since I pamper my vehicles, it was in extremely excellent condition. I received a trade offer that was more than fair, and I'm sure it will sell quickly because it is beautiful and has been so well taken care of. Finance was a breeze. I had loan in hand from USAA and there was absolutely no discussion about alternate financing or what I've come to expect "oh, we can do better, let's run your credit". That didn't happen here. I was in and out of finance in 10 minutes and on to getting my Camaro. We were so quick in finance, that it was still being gassed up and detailed so we had to wait for the detail shop to finish. I can't recall my finance representative's name, but he was just as awesome as John. We drove home in the Camaro - AND for $10k less than what another dealership had told me was their 'final' offer - same year/make/model/color (and the difference in mileage between the two vehicles was less than 5k). John took the time to walk us around the car and give us a primer on some of the technology in it and got us set up with OnStar. John Del Pozzo is an absolute GEM. Whatever it takes to keep that man there working for AutoNation Chevrolet, providing WORLD-CLASS customer service, you need to do it. More
Terrible service I hate to do this but this place is absolutely terrible. They have had my brand new truck for 2 months! Bought a 2018 Silverado from them in Janua I hate to do this but this place is absolutely terrible. They have had my brand new truck for 2 months! Bought a 2018 Silverado from them in January 2018. I hardly drive the truck (12,000 miles as of 11/2019) as I have a company vehicle. Company truck went into the shop so I had to drive my personal truck. While driving I noticed a terrible clunking metal on metal sound from the rear end. I took it into the dealership and my advisor told me it was a known process that they had to first replace the shackles and then the lead springs, which they accomplished and told me the truck was fixed and ready for pick up. 3 days later, the sound came back worse so I took it back. They looked at the truck and said the rear lift blocks were missing and that was the problem. Those were installed, problem was still there. They then said wheels and tires, which also was false after placing stock wheels and tires on it. After many failed attempts I was told the last thing they could do was rip apart the rear end and make sure nothing was wrong internally. Rear end was never in fact taken apart and the truck is still on their lot with them saying “GM wont let us touch the truck anymore. 2 months with a BRAND NEW truck and they can not/wont fix the problem because “they aren’t making money on the project. Why buy brand new for a warranty that doesn’t get honored. They have still not offered anything to fix/make the situation any better I have always been a chevy fan but after the experience I have encountered at AutoNation I will never purchase another chevy again, especially from AutoNation chevy. If I can inform anyone looking to buy a vehicle or get service from this dealership I would highly recommend saving yourself the hassle and going elsewhere More
Very dishonest Dealership I will never return to this dealership. When they resort to calling you a liar to cover themselves it speaks volumes of their incompetence. Don’t believe a word they say. They lie to get you into a car and then a week later will call you to ask for more money down. Their spot delivery extortion scheme is pretty sleezy. a car and then a week later will call you to ask for more money down. Their spot delivery extortion scheme is pretty sleezy. More
Money Hungry Servicing Department. I cannot stress how terrible my customer service experience was with the Servicing Department. Without getting too in depth, I brought in my 2013 Chev I cannot stress how terrible my customer service experience was with the Servicing Department. Without getting too in depth, I brought in my 2013 Chevy Cruze for maintenance on the cooling system. It was overheating something fierce, and no amount of home repairs would do the job. We took the vehicle in 3 separate times as none of those encounters fixed the issue. PLUS, each time we took it home, the car drove worse than it did before. The servicing technician, adviser and manager all continuously fed us lie after lie after lie. Now, I am dealt with a cracked head and a large balance left on my loan. They refuse to take responsibility and are not willing to help me. I am a single mother, who works scarce hours and is also attempting to go to school. I cannot afford any further repairs, and I will not let them touch my car until they make amends. I do not have time to fight with a money hungry business who have little regard for customer satisfaction. Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Do not buy autonation warrantys I f I had not insisted on finance agent writing details on the sales contract itself, I would be completely cheated. As it is I will have made 14 c I f I had not insisted on finance agent writing details on the sales contract itself, I would be completely cheated. As it is I will have made 14 calls and many hours making sure that my warranty claim gets paid. I believe that the finance dept took my money $608, and never registered my warranty. Safeguard is the warranty company (owned by autonation i was told) and they have no record of the warranty, oh wait, after many calls, i do have a warranty but only roadside assist. i will now have to pay for the work and hope the finance manager at arrowhead will compensate me personally. Sophia swears she will, honest! I believe there is fraud and conspiracy to conceal the fraud at both the dealer Arrowhead Chev and at the warranty outfit, Safeguard. No apology, never. Aieeeeee! More

(its 2nd suv I bought here) I took it to service center to replace the defected fuel pump which I ask them to check a year ago that something was knocking in back of car and they said it was from the cold weather?. Then when I just got it serviced they said "I was lucky it is covered" REALLLLLLLLLLLY! I asked for a loaner car to get to work the next day and they said no, I said I would pay for one, they still said no and at 5pm when they said they are keeping it for the next day, that its my problem on getting a rental car. NICE! They had 600 cars on lot. WOW!I went in the following day to pick up my suv and let them know as a repeated customer I WILL NEVER buy another defected car with poor service to top it off! Chevy was the vehicle I always bought, but not anymore. Trading this suv soon for a Toyota who stands behind excellent service for repeat customers! Nancy Myrick More

Bullying tactics Thought we would give this another try an buy a truck. Well let’s start off with our sales guy who had a xxxx poor attitude. If that was not enough we Thought we would give this another try an buy a truck. Well let’s start off with our sales guy who had a xxxx poor attitude. If that was not enough we found a price for the truck cheaper online then what they were advertising plus I received an email for a cheaper price. The sales guy said no they would not honor that price because we have to have a GM lease which the email never said that. Then he tried to intimidate us which did not work. He had to go and get others involved needless to say we left without buying a truck. Their bullying tactics will not be tolerated More
Good turned bad I purchased a new Malibu from this dealership a year ago and had a good experience, so I returned to buy a Bolt. We were unable to come to terms. Tw I purchased a new Malibu from this dealership a year ago and had a good experience, so I returned to buy a Bolt. We were unable to come to terms. Two days later, I sent a message through their website "contact us" form, asking for the final numbers, as I wanted to explore my own financing. Two managers emailed me over the weekend to ask if my questions had been answered. I replied to both and said nobody had responded and I ended up going to the Nissan dealership and purchased a Leaf. I received an extremely snarky and unprofessional response from Mgr. Jay Schmitdke. I am disappointed in the low level response I received from individuals charged with providing good customer service and common courtesy. More
