I would like the deduction promised from the service manager and confirmed by the service rep who texted me stating the quote amount and saying "and of course we are going to pay off 25% of that (quote). So I calculated that the balance of $ 149.27 should be refunded to me. And of course whatever else the dealership wishes to do because of this inconvenience and hassle.
