I had an appointment for Friday at 7 am. They didn't get to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I was never called to confirm my status, the calls were alway to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and they seem to be glad they are there. One service advisor, P was not like this and I’m thinking it was personal or his cat died or something.
