I had an appointment for Friday at 7 am. They didn't get to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I was never called to confirm my status, the calls were alway to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I was never called to confirm my status, the calls were always initiated by me. The invoice stated that i received a new oil pan, but didn't state that I had an oil change as a result.
