I purchased my Chevy Tahoe brand new from this dealership with extended warranty and all. Unfortunately over the past 5 years I have always dreaded getting any work done or routine oil changes as their servi with extended warranty and all. Unfortunately over the past 5 years I have always dreaded getting any work done or routine oil changes as their service department is ran extremely poorly. They over book appointments, always have delays in service, zero communication between techs and service advisors. Nothing short of a nightmare every single time. This is extremely dissatisfying and I would never purchase another vehicle or do business at this location again. Find a reputable dealer with a professional service center. I owned a Lexus prior to my Tahoe and received top notch, caring service every time. I was not just a number/ appointment no one cared about. Thank you. More
