Purchased a vehicle here a month ago and left an honest review. It appears that negative or not completely positive reviews are taken down as my review was removed today claiming it violated some guideline review. The sales part was great, salesman and finance. I feel I got a fair price. Not great but fair. I may have done a little better with hours of negotiating at another dealership. My main issue was my trade and how that was handled. I won't go into any detail or I'm sure my review will be removed again. One of the selling points was a free 3 year acura link mobile service. I got a letter the other day that it was a typo and it is actually only 3 months. After my review I did receive what felt like a sincere call from the general manager, another very nice gentleman. He apologized and corrected a couple of small issues I had like the chip in the coating of the wheel, that was taken care of the next day. And the 2nd key I was waiting for, he finally explained to me what happened and that it will be taken care of, and it was right away. But he couldn't offer a solution other than to try to explain to me the trade process. We didn't see eye to eye on that. More
