My wife and showed up at 10;45 AM on a Saturday and we were driving home with the new vehicle by 1:10. We drove from nearly 75 miles away to get our deal. The highlight of my buying experience was being greeted by a smiling young lady named Sabrina ( I believe her last name is Ramondelli). She was confident, friendly, warm, intellectual, intuitive, caring and posssesed an incredible "chi" (life force"). She told us her hero, her Dad, told her to be "spectacular". I was between a rock and a hard place because the timing was just dreadful. My credit utilization is terrible at the moment due to some medical issues related to my current pregnancy. My husband and I were not planning on replacing my car for several more years, but we had no choice in the matter. I walked into AutoMax just hopeful that they would be able to finance me AT ALL. I spoke with Sabrina, who was wonderful. She put me in a 2016 Town and Country, which I loved, and was perfect for our growing family. I filled out a credit application with Paul, who was so nice and so helpful. I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday and was financed that Monday. The best part is, Patrick in financing was able to get me a rate about 12 percent less than I was expecting! My payments were actually LESS than they were on my last car that I bought brand new! My mother came with me to pick up the minivan, and she was so impressed with the dealers there that she is now looking to get into another car herself. I give her about a week before she goes back in to see Paul. Honestly, these people were amazing. Don't be nervous, don't worry about your situation. They made me feel so welcome and with no pressure to buy whatsoever. I will never go to anyone else. More

Above and Beyond I looked at and drove several vehicles on there lot in Leominster, and found myself liking a car that was located at the Marlboro dealership. I was told we can bring it to Leominster for you to test out, and because of my indecisiveness they did this with 2 different cars on 2 different occasions. I bought one from the Leominster lot in the end Bryan and Pat couldn't have been more helpful. Nicole Brown was my saleswoman for the 2016 F150 I just purchased, and man was she on the ball. Usually when I buy vehicles, the salespeople usually know nothing about the vehicle being examined, but she knew the vehicle inside and out. It was refreshing that she clearly had done her homework. She also was a very sweet girl and she made the process smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend her, and auto max preowned Leominster to anyone. More
