Horrible Experience full of lies and manipulation I was helping my niece buy her first car and reached out to Auto max. Went out to look at the car (in Marlboro) and made an offer. They rejected and I was helping my niece buy her first car and reached out to Auto max. Went out to look at the car (in Marlboro) and made an offer. They rejected and said to call at the end of the month as the sales manager is likely to make a deal at that point. We called two weeks later and negotiated a deal. They agreed. We went back to finalize and car and was told that the car was moved from their Marlboro office to their Leominster office. So we went there. This is when the experience got bad. They stated that because Marlboro 'made the deal' that they "Leominster" would not honor it and that we would have to go back to Marlboro. This is the same company...just different locations. After an hour of calling the sales guy at Marlboro and speaking to many higher ups...they said "Sorry....Leominster cannot help us...but go back to Marlboro and they will take care of you." Infuriated at this point...we speak to Marlboro office (original sales guy) and he says come on out and again "we'll take care of you". Marlboro is another 1 hour away. So before we make the drive we want to confirm the deal. The tell us that the deal was a one day offer. We were furious and then they said that they would give us the deal if we financed through them. As you can imagine we were done at that point with this dealer. More

Fantastic Experience I'm a first time buyer at the Automax in Leominster. I purchased a 2014 F150 with low miles, but there were a few minor things that needed to be addressed before purchasing. I dealt with Lance the Sales manager and Bryan who is one of their salesman. I showed them the things that I wanted fixed or replaced and they were more than helpful throughout the entire process. I usually purchase new vehicles, but I decided to buy this used one because it was in unbelievable shape and had everything that I wanted and more. I can honestly say that I was not pressured or given false information on anything. Bryan and Lance kept me updated daily on the progress which I really appreciated. When it was time to go pick up my vehicle they were both on site even though it was their day off. That right there is true customer service. They both showed me the ins and outs and followed through with all of my requests. All in all I can not say anything but good and positive things about the Automax in Leominster. I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle and I will be recommending that dealership to all my family and friends. Again kudos to Bryan and Lance, thanks for being honest and true salesmen because they are definitely hard to come by. More

quick purchase Stopped in because a particular truck had caught my eye. I had been looking for a good condition used truck to use for my business. I stopped in to this dealer as they had several trucks on the lot and I had looked up a few on the internet that were at this dealership. I first met with Lance who is the Dealership Manager and he offered to assist me in looking at the truck I was interested in. after a meet and greet He got me the keys to the truck and started it up and off I went on my test drive. He mentioned that when I got back I would most likely be dealing with a salesman named Brian. I spent a good 20 minutes testing the vehicle. It was fine. A little more than I wanted to spend but essentially a very good truck. I did meet with salesman Brian when I got back and we went in to see what else was in inventory. We checked out a few and eventually test drove 2 more vehicles. Both of which were good trucks and what I was looking for. After some discussion we made our deal and I was happy with vehicle and price. Lance and Brian wrapped up the credit app and all the other paperwork. They did everything. All that was left was getting the truck detailed and inspected which they did. I picked the truck up after a few days and all was ready - detailed, inspected, plates were on and the insurance and registration all taken care of. I was extremely happy. This was a non pressure transaction and there was no forcefulness on the parts of Lance and Brian. They answered my questions and gave me additional info to help me complete the deal. I now am driving the truck and all is well. I would recommend these 2 people and they dealership. Lots of vehicles to choose from and they have 4 other lots they can look for that special vehicle. A very good experience. More
