I was looking online for a "newer" used car that I could afford and came across a 2008 Honda CRV with 41,230 miles on it in Auto Lenders of Lakewood, NJ. I inquired online that night if it wa that I could afford and came across a 2008 Honda CRV with 41,230 miles on it in Auto Lenders of Lakewood, NJ. I inquired online that night if it was still available and the very next morning Dan Campbell called me to let me know that it was. I explained that I had credit problems but he said to come down and test drive it anyway. I went down that very afternoon to test drive the car. Since I was not familiar with the area Dan gave me directions on where to go on the test drive. Somehow I took a wrong turn (my fault, not Dan's) and got lost. I called Dan on my cell and he graciously came and got me and led me back to the dealership. I loved the Honda and wanted to buy it but the car I was trading in was a 2004 Jeep with almost 111,000 miles on it and I still owed over $4,000 on it as well so I was concerned. I was also concerned because another dealer would only finance me if I had a co-signer and I didn't have one. Dan and Lou worked hard to get me financed and they did a marvelous job. As it turned out, not only did they get me the loan on my own, but they paid my Jeep in full and gave me a little more for it besides. When the first payment amount was more than I could afford they went back to the drawing board and got it down to an amount I was comfortable with. I never liked dealing with car dealers but this outfit is exceptional and I would recommend them hands down to anyone who is looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Their used cars are all top of the line and in perfect condition. They don't sit there and try to push you into purchasing anything additional like other dealers do. Dan was fantastic and everyone else was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back there when I am in the market for another car. More
