I've been in the market for a fuel-efficient vehicle for some time, and when my wife's van finally reached the point where it would be cost-prohibitive to fix it, I went to AutoLenders. I must say that it was the easiest, most pressure-free experience I have had buying a car. Though I, like most people, would prefer to buy new, AutoLenders Lakewood set my mind in a new direction. Steve and Lou were very helpful in getting me into the car I was looking for, and were even able to make it work when I gave them a number of what I was comfortable paying. When all was said and done, Chris made dealing with a finance guy seem like I was not dealing with a finance guy, but a fellow I just started talking to at a bar or a ballgame. Finally, just as I was about to pull away from the lot, my wife noticed that the car I just bought had a taillight out. Not a big deal, these things happen. I went back inside to see if they could get it fixed right away. Steve tried, but the service department was closed. I could bring it back, but I looked and it seems like a quick fix I can do on my own, so I told Steve I would take care of it. He gave me a couple of dollars out of his own pocket to purchase a taillight bulb. Now, that's what I call service. I think I have found where I am buying my next car. Brian More

In the past, I have leased new and I have bought new, and I can say that buying used from Autolenders is a better option. I also think that Autolenders apparent size and success was earned by selling the customer a quality vehicle in every case. It may be they are not the cheapest, and it may be they won't drop their prices by much, but when you drive your car out of their lot, you will be driving a reliable vehicle in excellent condition.
