I HATE car shopping and I typically just give him a list of my requirements in a vehicle beforehand including budget and features. HE will then present me with a few options ( again i hate the process so I say no more than three)and I have never once been disappointed. I send him all of this beforehand and show up on the day I intend to purchase to test drive and do paperwork. I can promise you that even if my family moves out of state we will be returning to see Matt anytime we need a new vehicle. If that doesn't speak to his customer service I don't know what will. More
