Awkward and not a straight forward experience. I walked in with a price in mind. I knew full well I was upside down on my car, I knew where I needed to be with my trade and a new car price. I was I walked in with a price in mind. I knew full well I was upside down on my car, I knew where I needed to be with my trade and a new car price. I was clear about this with the representative on the phone, with the sales person AND the manager. Instead of giving me an honest amount for my trade in, they just started showing me cars and wouldn't tell me what the price of it was, assuring me that we'd work it out after. No. Finally, I was able to make it clear what I was looking for and they put me in a baseline vehicle. The sales rep made a few comments about how I was awfully picky for someone who was so upside down on a car. Seriously dude?! Long story short - I got a much better car (more options) at Grappone Hyundai without having to haggle, bargain or stomp my feet. I got what I asked for as soon as I entered. More
