Longstanding relationships carry value I have been working with Doug for years now and purchased / traded in several cars. It's not common to be able to talk to somebody who you have a his I have been working with Doug for years now and purchased / traded in several cars. It's not common to be able to talk to somebody who you have a history with, can be upfront and honest, and just figure things out quickly without hooplah. I appreciate that I'm able to come down, tell Doug where I'm at and lay all my cards on the table, and get his straightforward answer on whether or not it works. Doug goes out of his way to develop and maintain the relationship so I don't feel like I'm walking in cold when I decide it's time to look into the next car. Obviously the dealership has to have policies in place that allow him to work with me in this straightforward way so I give them credit too. The price of Hyundai cars in general has gone up compared to the market over the last several years, but they are still some of the best values for your money in my opinion. More
