Great experience! Bill Utrera was our salesperson. He greeted us when we came in and offered his assistance. Bill went over the differences between Ford and Hyundai. We went on a test drive in a couple different cars. Bill then narrowed down our preferences and worked on the pricing. Bill stayed until 9:00 pm or later on a Sunday and missed New Years Prime Rib dinner with his wife. That is very dedicated employee. Rafael stepped in and worked with us to get a payment we could afford and got us into a 2017 brand new vehicle. Julie kept in touch with us for a couple of weeks until we could come in. She was great. J.D. completed the paperwork and explained all the paperwork thoroughly. Another gentlemen cleaned the car along with Rafael. They all stayed well past closing time of 6:00 pm.. We returned on Monday and Bill gave us the roof rack and went over the audio system and paired our phones to the system. He even cleaned our plates from our trade in before giving them to us. More

I had initially gone to Autofair Honda with the understanding that I was purchasing a specific car with my preapproval from my Bank. The Sales Department at Autofair Honda was pushy and repeatedly tried to get me to fill out a credit application when I had already secured my own financing. I left the dealership with the understanding that I was going to be contacted the next morning after the Sales Department contacted their General Manager. The phone call never came. The next afternoon when I realized that Autofair Honda would not call as promised, I contacted Doug Johnson who was already on his way home for the day - we set up a time to meet the next morning. Later that evening Doug contacted me to see what I was looking for....we met the next morning and I test drove a Hyundai. The car was nice, just not the one I had my mind set on. I explained my ordeal to Doug and he said he would make some calls and would call me back by the next day. Much to my surprise, within 45 minutes of leaving the Hyundai Dealership, Doug called me and asked me meet him at the Honda Dealership to purchase the car I wanted. He stayed until I walked out the door with my new car. Doug went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted even though it was not at Autofair Hyundai. Many times you come across Salespeople thathe are simply out there to make a buck...Doug showed that his job was not all about the money ...he showed superior customer service/satisfaction. Autofair Hyundai is extremely fortunate to have Doug Johnson as part of its team. More

James Perdikes first truly listened, then discussed options from his knowledgeable as to our options but then worked with us to achieve a mutually fair deal that we were happy to shake on.
