Very poor Salesman was very personal and extremely unprofessional. I know way more about him than I needed to know including his arrest history, drug use histor Salesman was very personal and extremely unprofessional. Car was delivered with damage and I had to do all the follow up to get it fixed. I was not contacted by dates promised. Worst car purchase experience yet! More

SanteFe purchase I found Eric to be a satisfactory Sales person and knowledgeable. I am assuming that he is a new salesperson as there were some misses that he should I found Eric to be a satisfactory Sales person and knowledgeable. I am assuming that he is a new salesperson as there were some misses that he should have caught in dealing with the particular vehicle that I was purchasing.. I felt like I was being hyped when dealing with the assistant manager and couldn't wait to leave the building. I talked with Jean (Manager) and was able to complete my purchase satisfactory. It would help to be upfront on ALL FEES; when I went to complete financing I was hit with an extra 64.00 processing fee that I was unaware of and it gave me the impression of nickle and dime. While I would do business with you again I am wiser now. More
poor post sale customer service, promises not kept. a very good friend bought a Santa Fe from Auto Fair, with the promise of heated seats. They sent the car out to Classic Soft trim for the aftermarket a very good friend bought a Santa Fe from Auto Fair, with the promise of heated seats. They sent the car out to Classic Soft trim for the aftermarket seat heaters to be installed, but the right side seat has not worked right from day 1. Now they claim that because of an airbag sensor in the seat, they can not heat the whole bottom pad, just a small section of it. The result is a passengers seat with heat only at the front edge at the knees. The vehicle has been back to the dealer 3 times, and driven to Wilmington mass 3 times. They have put more miles on the vehicle than she has. Oh, did I mention the empty gas tank when the car was given back to her? There was also chips in the door and glue residue in the interior. After several weeks now it is get the AG and private lawyers involved. Buyer beware, Auto Fair will promise you anything to buy a car and then run away when there is a problem. None of the managers have responded to calls or emails. Personal visits were a waste. GSM Drew I would love to hear from you BTW. A damaged car that does not have the functional features promised. My suggestion would be to find another dealer before you handed over cash to Auto Fair. More
