I purchased a new, used 2017 Tucson from this dealership at the beginning of May. But the first week of June, I experienced total engine failure. It took putting up a bad review for them to take the issue s at the beginning of May. But the first week of June, I experienced total engine failure. It took putting up a bad review for them to take the issue seriously. Before the review, I was told basically I was on my own. Once the review went up, they started to do the right thing.. until they tried to stick me with a $500 tab. I will never go back and I will tell anyone and everyone that the old assumption about used car dealers trying to screw customers over continues to be reinforced by Autofair. More
