Unhappy Originally I visited this dealership last Sunday Nov. 22nd 2015. The salesperson Mike was very polite and curtious but the amount of time to actually Originally I visited this dealership last Sunday Nov. 22nd 2015. The salesperson Mike was very polite and curtious but the amount of time to actually get the vehicle takes forever and made me very anxious. I never got any emails or phone calls indicating any status of when I might get my vehicle. As a responsible salesperson, Mike should have contacted me throughout the week to give me updates. The morning of Monday Nov. 30th 2015, I called the dealership to speak to Mike and the secretary had told me that Mike was with a customer and that to leave a message. I provided my name and number and waited patiently for about 2 hours. I than proceeded to call back. I stated to the secretary that I've been waiting for Mike to call me back. Finally Mike answered the phone and stated that he was waiting to here back from someone in California. Mike stated that he'll call me back. Again I'm waiting to here from him for more than 2 hours and counting. I'm not a satisfied customer and I want back my full deposit of $1000.00 back and cancel the transaction.
