I was sold a Unsafe Vehicle When you are buying a "New Car" You expect it to be as what was promised before signing papers! After a short time of owning my "new car" I noticed my When you are buying a "New Car" You expect it to be as what was promised before signing papers! After a short time of owning my "new car" I noticed my bumper was falling off and after numerous calls to autodrive1 finally they said they would fix it. They sent my car to a body shop in Middleboro where it was all day and when I did get my vehicle back it was very noticeable that they had glued my bumper (they did not replace the broken clips) after weeks more of calling the dealership, I showed up to the dealer so they had no choice but to acknowledge me as again they ignored my weeks of calls. I was told to bring my car to a local body shop and they would fix all problems. The body shop after looking closer at my car proceeded to tell me that my "new car" clearly had been in a accident and half the parts that are suppose to be in my front end are not. First off My bumper was bondoed, which you are not suppose to do to plastic, my hood was dented back in and again bondo was used to temporarily fix it, and The absolute Worst part about what type of vehicle they sold me was that the front support bracket was broken, including my hood latch and my frame was bent!!! I was personally promised they would fix everything as this was a road hazard nevermind a possible lawsuit. But they inturn told the body shop not to fix everything, just to fix the support bracket, hood latch and buy new clips for my bumper! That was Not what they promised me! So 2 1/2 weeks later when I finally did get to pick up my car it clearly shows my paint is now pealing off my bumper and now my hood. Andrew said numerous time they had no idea this car was in an accident. At first I started to actually believe them, that was only until the body shop found masking tape on parts under the hood that said autoDrive1 on them. So, clearly these crooks, Liars, thieves new all about this cars damage. This dealership is as bad as it gets, They new how unsafe my car was and still sold us, a family who have young children a vehicle that could have killed us nevermind someone else. They have absolutely no conscience, do not believe their lies, they are not a family company because if they where then they would never of sold us a extremely unsafe vehicle. I did promise Andrew that I would write only a positive review if and only if they fixed my car as promised, but "he lied" and did "not" fix my car as promised. Autodrive1 actually got very upset with the body shop because the body shop called and told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle before they called autodrive1, Andrew stated that "the body shop should never tell his customers what is going on with a vehicle, he would talk to them first because the customer does not need to know every single detail"!!! Buyer Beware this dealership is as bad as they get! My New Car was Not a New Car and they tried to Mickey Mouse my car back together just to make a dollar, they do not care about they safety of a vehicle nor about your safety. More

Great company to deal with Trevor was amazing at helping me get into a car. I actually got a much better car than I had hoped for.
