FAST AND AMAZING! I bought my car from them 3 years ago. was able to go and trade my 06 Nissan in for a 2014 version. walked in on Thursday and was able to pick car up I bought my car from them 3 years ago. was able to go and trade my 06 Nissan in for a 2014 version. walked in on Thursday and was able to pick car up Friday afternoon. I had been in such a rut dealing with the car I was in but Tony helped me out big time was able to pay out what I owed on my 06 and he just completely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! best place ever! I ignored it then something kept knocking in my mind like.....Hey never know she kept calling me and I called her back? She then set me up with meeting "TONY CHIARENZA" at Autodrive 1 in Saugus, MA. WOW what a guy makes you feel like you've know him for years. BOOM he was so kind, nice & personable. It was like 1.2.3. new car....So happy we went there he is a guy that really makes you feel good about a huge worry of no car bad credit. Very bad business Me and my husband wenot there to purchase a vehicle we found on we liked it had a few things that needed to be fixed but Tony assured us it would be f Me and my husband wenot there to purchase a vehicle we found on we liked it had a few things that needed to be fixed but Tony assured us it would be fixed before giving him our money he was so helpful after the deposit was given everything changed he started ignoring our phone calls when we picked up the car almost a week after it was promised to us the car was filthy he said it would be cleaned he did not and told us they don't detail their vehicles even though the previous owner of this car had a dog and I am very allergic we ended up spending $200 to ha email this car cleaned and the things they said they would fix he said no I changed my mind we also purchased an extended warranty which we are unable to use because the facilitator of the policy has no record of it so we are on hold getting the repairs done This was by far thenough worse experience yes they specialize in bad credit and in our case no credit I encourage people to go to a real dealer and just save up some money They are a scam and on each you give your money they trear you poorly If I could give zero stars I would More

Went to a number of other dealerships that promised they could finance any form of credit, which of course never worked out for us. We just about gave up, until Autodrive 1 called and said we were preapproved. Of course, we thought it would turn out just like all the other places, until we met Tony. No matter how negative we were because we had been turned down in the past, Tony insisted we went in to see him. And I am so thankful we did. In just about an hour, Tony had us signing papers for our new car. I couldn't help but cry when he told us the cars was ours. I could feel that he wasn't just trying to sell another car, but he actually wanted to help us. Can't thank these people enough!!! More
