The WORST experience EVER! I'll keep this short. In my experience they lied about my vehicle being registered, lied about my trade and listed it as REPO on the keys and didn't t I'll keep this short. In my experience they lied about my vehicle being registered, lied about my trade and listed it as REPO on the keys and didn't tell me. I had to call the bank to find out it wasn't being paid off. They ask for multiple contracts to be signed and change the paperwork when they conveniently needed a new one signed because they couldn't register a new car in time, and even with police intervention telling them to cancel the sale and return the trade vehicle, they still can't do what is asked of them. I now am stuck with TWO vehicles with car loans, also have been trying to get the alignment fixed on the new car, but they won't honor their own warranty procedures, and they violate their own policies, such as "In Order To Take A Vehicle, There Must Be Money Down Or A Trade." Well, I traded in my vehicle, they took it until they didn't want it, and then wouldn't release it until yesterday when they conveniently went and removed the registration (cuz it only took them being told NOT to by Police that I had to call repeatedly because of this situation for them to finally register the vehicle), and I had to pay to get my trade vehicle off the lot. The two days prior with police involvement they could have let me take it and it was still registered, but instead they wanted to continue to make things as difficult as possible! Also, DONT be fooled by their BBB A+ rating! I also tried to resolve this through the BBB and after responding several times, including reitterating in a written response back to them through the BBB that the new vehicle was NOT to be registered and the entire sale canceled and my old vehicle returned to me, they STILL went ahead and registered theIt is a lie! All they have to do is respond, even if what they are saying is false or has nothing to do with anything! I hope my experience can save others from having to go through this nightmare!! They even went so far as to tell me in writing to come down there and take my old car back, and then tried to tell the police (after I called them) that I was not supposed to be there, and they STILL DIDN'T GIVE ME MY OLD CAR BACK until they ignored the police order, asked the officers for a little more time for the cancelation paperwork and asked for me to stay away from my old car until the next day, made me again take the new vehicle, and then instead went and registered the new car taking mine old vehicle off the road!Lucky for me, I at least had thatSeriously, I'll NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!
