Worst Car Buying Experience Ever I have called several times from MA asking about the exact price. Drove 4 hours down to NY just to find out that they increase the price by $3,000 jus I have called several times from MA asking about the exact price. Drove 4 hours down to NY just to find out that they increase the price by $3,000 just for "Pre-certified certification" and you have no option other than to buy it. Before even test driving the car they make you get an insurance binder and Pre-approval with the bank, before test driving the car! The rate and the loan amount is the last thing they want to talk about only until they bring you into a private room and say that you are also forced into buying a different type of warranty for another $2,600 or they simply dont sell the car. This dealer is a waste of time and they should be removed from the industry. Do not go there! More

Oh yea, and even if you have cash to pay for your vehicle up front, they won't give you the advertised price (plus $3K) unless you use their financing. Oh, did I mention I put down a hefty down payment only for them to tell me at the last second that they wouldn't accept my trade-in (which they previously told me they would) and then put me through xxxx over the next MONTH as I tried repeatedly to get my down payment refunded. White collar crooks. This place epitomizes everything people hate and fear about used car dealerships. Good day. More

On Saturday me and my wife went in to see the Acura TL we have been looking for the longest time. Kevin test drove the vehicle with us and it drove like a beauty. The paperwork process didn't take much time. I had read other reviews before about having a bad experience here due to the wait. I guess we got lucky because it wasn't that busy yet so it went fast. As we waited in the private customer waiting lounge where we enjoyed some fresh coffee with a huge flat screen TV. The overall experience was great and the car is amazing. Thank you Kevin fiancé manager and Auto Solution you guys treated us great and we were very comfortable at your facility. More

First off they lie about prices, they will make up charges so once you get to signing the deal the cars is $6,000+ what they tell you it will be. They sell cars with missing parts and promise they will provide them but never do. When you call to speak to the person who sold you the car they lie and say they are not there. They do not return phone calls. The manager doesn't feel like he is responsible for his salespersons lying and is entirely rude. This was my first time buying from a private dealer and it was a horrible horrible experience. I'm writing this as a warning because I really don't want anyone else to go through this. More

Before going to the dealership I had called several times asking "is the advertised price the full actuall price /any extra fee's etc." I was told no extra fee's, I was lied to. I was looking at a 2014 VW with about 24K miles: when I told the Salesman I didn't want their "Certified Warranty" I was happy with the VW Warranty he asked "How do you know the VW warranty is still valid"? Every "High Pressure sales tactics" was employed by the sales man then his Mngr. I kept asking "I just want the actual price your asking for the car, I'm buying a car not a Finance package". Finally the Mngr; told his sales man "This guy is an educated consumer, this isn't going to work" (i.e. the High Pressure Sales Tactics" (trying to muddle the sales price in with Financing payments, adding different Fee's, etc.).
