This was such a great experience! I had such a great experience at this dealership. Everything went well until So I saw their ad in multiple places online. All advertised for the same price. Being that I live 15 min away from here, I decided just to show up. The car was there at the dealership, so I preceded to do my own "inspection". I was greeted by an employee, whose name I dont care to remember. He asked my questions and everything was going smooth. The car checked out and I told the employee that I would like to test drive. He stated I needed to go inside to see if I qualify. I told the employee that I was paying cash and needed no financial assistance. He then said in such a demeaning tone, "Can you pay cash for that" and pointed to a price that was $6000 more than the advertised price.I told him I wasnt interested and walked away. Now if I wanted too, I could of payed that price, but because I don't support places like this I decided against it. Their blatant dishonest xxxxxxxx prevented them from earning a sale. I don't suggest anyone going to this place, not worth the time. They dont deserve anyones business. I also was able to purchase the same make and model that had slightly more mileage, at a slightly lower price WITH CASH, from a dealership 20 minutes east of this location. More

On 5/25/17 I visited this fly by night shop for them to play dumb and tell me they sold the car but they have the higher priced one available. Additionally, they stated I had to finance the vehicle from them and buy a certification warranty. Note none of this was stated over the phone when I called the previous day before wasting a trip and several hours.. For kicks I called and inquired about the car still listed on auto trader, they blatantly lied and told me the car was still available. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT VISIT! More

I've never had such blatant lies and such a bad experience. Besides for added $2950 fee (that wasn't disclosed) they add extra $2,000 on forced financing fees. These people are so smooth they hide the fees inside the loan, chances are half the people don't realize they've been royally screwed. Total waste of time. When I came in I said very clearly I am not looking to finance if there's any added fee. The way they do it is, they disassociate salespeople from finance. So the sales people pretend they have no clue that there's any extra fees (besides $2950 certified fee) then finance manager adds on all kind of extra fees. You'll only find out about this at the last minute after wasting 2 days in dealership and thinking your getting a good deal. More
