Of course we call the dealer ship , we text, we get ahold of the nice sales man, he will check and see if he can help. A few days later we sorry it checked out fine on our machines and remember sales men being honest had let out that alot of the vehicles they sale are bought at auction... and they back there vehicles up. But there is nothing they can do.... two days later transmission went out. So to all who buy here skip it and head to a auction. You will save time and at least not get lied to. This car dealership is out to rip you off they have no cares to give. As we now put over 4000 in to the vehicle more. the repair man asked if we bought it at a auction ... we said nope just at auto showcase where they rip you off and never give a nooo care. The repair guy was impressed it even made it home. More

This place is awesome! What a hidden gem. Luis was THE best. He is not pushy, answers all of your questions and didn't make me feel rushed. The car I bought was a great deal. I saved thousands! I got the car fully inspected the day after I drove it off their lot and the dealership said there was nothing to be fixed or replaced even though the car had previously been in an accident. It is scary buying a used car because you never know what you are going to get, but here you can't go wrong. I will fully recommend this place to everyone in the future. More

BEWARE!!! Rick (the owner) sold my wife and I a Ford truck. A week later the battery died. $$$ After that we had to replace the tires $$$ because of severe front end alignment problems. Due to being seniors, we couldn't crawl under truck to inspect. We tried to have a spray in bed liner installed. The shop called to say the bed had holes rusted through it. It had a plastic liner. We had to replace the bed for $1000 and it still needs matching paint. Our mechanic says the entire bottom of the truck is rusted and the exhaust needs replaced due to rust $$$. All this happened before we even had the permanent license plates. The lot was aware of these issues. They spray painted over the rust with black paint. I would not buy from this lot nor Rick's other lot at 2507 SW Loop 1604. Needless to say, we are not happy. More

This is gonna be a little bit of a read, but I promise it is worth it! This dealership is beyond amazing! Both Rick and Nathan are an absolute pleasure to work with! They are both extremely professional an is worth it! This dealership is beyond amazing! Both Rick and Nathan are an absolute pleasure to work with! They are both extremely professional and treat their customers like family. My previous vehicle was an 08 Kia Rio that I got an amazing deal on back in 09. I never thought I’d be able to trump that deal or the amazing salesman who helped a 19 year old kid get into an almost new car...but Rick and Nathan took the challenge head on. They got me into a 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI SEL Premium for less than $8k! And to top it off they fixed or worked with us to fix the few small things that needed taken care of on the vehicle. Part of the reason we were able to get such an amazing deal was because the infotainment system was messed up, but they hooked us up with a mom & pop radio installation place down the street. Now I have an even better radio then what the car was manufactured with and I have Apple CarPlay! They also paid to have the alignment fixed and shared the cost of retinting the back rear windshield with me! Originally, Rick was going to have a guy he knows fix the tinting, but wasn’t able to get in contact with him. We worked together to find someone else and it all worked out. Even though I had to call them numerous times, not once did they sound annoyed or ready to be done with me. They even put my tags and registration on for me when they came in. Overall, working with this dealership was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I was so stressed about having to get a new car, especially in the middle of a pandemic. However, these guys made sure I came out of it with a huge upgrade (and working AC 😂)! I was also able to help out three small businesses which is a huge plus for me with everything going on in the world right now. Thank you Rick and Nathan! Keep it up! The world needs more people like you both!! More

Very enjoyable experience I normally don't write reviews for auto dealerships, Actually I usually walk away feeling manipulated even if I haven't purchased a vehicle. THIS WAS A TOTALLY NEW experience. The salesman, Arturo, was very respectful and honestly didn't try and sell me anything. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me that and only that. He didn't try and upgrade me or talk me into more. This dealership sells some pretty high-end used vehicles and of course we are all tempted to get the very best, but I wasn't looking for that at this time. Arturo and Chris (the manager) where awesome and I walked away feeling like I had cheated them a little as I got what I wanted for a fantastic price and no shenanigans. Thanks guys. More
