This was easily the best car buying experience I have had. It was fast, efficient, stressless, hassle-free, and very positive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car as well as a great experience. When I first walked in, I expected to be greeted by a grubby sales force... nope! I was greeted by a nice secretary who actually informed me they don't have any "sales" people. I was skeptical, but she was right. Not once did I feel like I was negotiating or being "sold." I came in after finding the exact car I wanted online, for a price I was comfortable paying. Now, I highly expected to go in and find a constitution of fine print that raised the cost of the car for this reason or that. But no. The price I saw is the price I paid. No tricks, no pressure, no sweat. I was dumbfounded at how easy it was. They helped me through the process and were very straight forward about my loan. I was never in a room by myself while a discussion was taking place. No secrecy or conspiracy took place at Auto Market AZ. On the contrary, they were very respectful. As I sat down to do the paperwork someone had come in to buy the EXACT CAR I was filling out paperwork for. I wasn't sure what was going to take place. A shady dealer would have tried to play both of us to a higher price or used it for some type of leverage. Sadir was very professional about it and didn't cross any ethical lines. I was again impressed. As if ALL this wasn't enough, they came through again when the window motor went out shortly after my purchase. Steve said to come in and he"ll gladly take care of me. And he did. I love the BMW 530i I purchased from Auto Market AZ. It was below market value, in beautiful condition, and best of all was purchased stress free from great people! Almost 100% satisfied!! When shopping for a car I came across Auto Market in Scottsdale. I sent my wife to look at and test drive the car the salesman she said was great frie When shopping for a car I came across Auto Market in Scottsdale. I sent my wife to look at and test drive the car the salesman she said was great friendly and upfront and she loved the car. I was working late so they stayed open late so that I could come and look at the car. We made the deal and the next day I made the purchase but the car had a small dent and some faded paint that they promised to fix, so they sent it to get fixed and i was told the next day to come pick it up. Me being anxious I asked what time I could pick the car up because I had to work that evening so they gave me a time and thats when I showed up, but there was no car yet! I had to wait 1 1/2 hours before it showed up but I wasn't upset, I know I shouldn't of rushed paint work. When I was leaving they said to bring it back for a full detail which I have not done yet but really needs to because when they painted these areas now there is a lot of spots where there is now paint over spray. So hopefully when I take it to them for the detail the overspray will come off and if it does then I will be 100% satisfied! More

I didn't spend all day there like i have done at many other dealerships. The car I did purchase, did have some problems (window wasn't on track and few other issues) but the problem was resolved. I Called them and scheduled and day and time to bring the car back in and the issues were fixed. My only dislike was that the only gas that was in the car when purchased was what they had just put in for the test drive (3/8 full). Also when I dropped of the car for repairs there was 140 miles left in the tank and when I picked it up that evening there was 120 miles left in the tank. I would have at least liked to see the gas they used replaced. I happen to live on the other side of town and I had fill back up on the way home. More

They simply asked me what vehicle I was interested in and handed me the keys so that I may take it for a test drive (I loved it). Once I returned to the lot, I was ready for the price/ payment battle to begin. I knew the moment I sat down that this wasn't your average car dealership. They really took the time to sit with me and get me into payments that I could afford. I highly recommend dealing with the staff at Auto Market. they wont let you down. We went down to Scottsdale from our home 4 1/2 hours away not knowing what to expect. These folks went way above and beyond the call to make this experience a good one! There were challenges in getting financing for my daughter even though I had agreed to co-sign. The staff at Auto Market was determined to find a lender who would work for us. One of the ladies stayed long after hours working on it.I cannot say enough good things about Victoria, Ro, and Suzanne! Not only did they find someone who would finance us; they found a rate far better than anything we could have reasonably expected! The staff was bound and determined to help my daughter get into this car! This was Victoria's first time to take the lead in a sale. She was wonderful!
