My recent experience I purchased an SUV on Friday October 16. So far I cant tell you about the car until I get to drive it more and get a better feel for it. I do like the I purchased an SUV on Friday October 16. So far I cant tell you about the car until I get to drive it more and get a better feel for it. I do like the OnStar that came with it and the car was SiriusXM ready which I have a subscription for. This was my 3rd time go around with A.L. first two times wasn't enjoyable at all especially at the Lancaster location. Being 6'7" the Lancaster location was trying to get me into a KIA which of course would not work. I left vowing to never go there again, but my new experience with Tony the Finance Manager at the Dallas location was completely helpful. I requested a Carfax on the vehicle and I was shock that actually give you one. I was impressed, plus they report your positive and Negative credit rating to one of the credit bureaus (I think its Trans Union) which is always a good thing. They could fill your tank up or give you a free car wash with your purchase though. MY ADVICE, TAKE YOUR TIME, BE PREPARED TO WALK AWAY IF THE DEAL DOESNT SOUND RIGHT. ASK QUESTIONS, ASK FOR A CAR FAX. But all in all I had an enjoyable visit with the Dallas location. More
Not So happy first time buyer . I came here with high hopes that I would walk away with a vehicle that was dependable and something that I would be proud of. So far all I've experien I came here with high hopes that I would walk away with a vehicle that was dependable and something that I would be proud of. So far all I've experienced is Bad customer Service and Rude Employees. I've only had my car for a 1 1/2 months and it's already giving me problems. They sold me a car that was wrecked and they just patched it up so it can run. My car had to be serviced 2 weeks after me getting it and 3 more weeks after that. They don't even feel sorry , they're just oh well, you signed the papers. I believe it's very unprofessional to sell someone a car and you know it's not worth the price. I'm paying xxxx near 600 a month for a 2007 Nissan Sentra. It's unacceptable. I hope my business with them gets better, but right now it sucks. More

Waste of time I moved to Texas a year ago and have no family here. There site states u can have a little as 300 down. I initially came with 500 and they said it was I moved to Texas a year ago and have no family here. There site states u can have a little as 300 down. I initially came with 500 and they said it wasn't enough after they done called my references and asked stupid questions they said I needed 1000. So I'm currently in a rental and really needed a car today. My older bro from back home stated he would help me down payment and put in on his credit card. I called and ask Nora if that would be okay because I did not want to make this 30+ miles drive for nothing.she said that would be fine and all they would have to do is call him. I get there and tell the sales people the same thing and they made it seem it.was ok too.all the way until after 2 plus hours they said they needed the actual card. Now granted I understand somewhat why there may be security issues but here is the reason why this should not be. First off, I am also an authorized user on the card. So they could have verified.my identity.with the.credit.card.company personally since the c.f. co has my name, dob, ss #and address on file. I have used his card before without the actual card at other places with no problem. One time.they just needed.my.bro to.send a.copy of his dl and copy.of .actual cc which he.did and he could have did it again. They could have called his home number which is listed under his name. Plus, who in there right.mind would use a stolen or unauthorized card for a down payment for a place like this. They have all your information and know where u live.and woke and I'm.sure it has a GPS on it as well so if the charge would come disputed;which it wouldn't have; the dealership would just shut the car down and take/repo the car. Here I am a single lady with kids with no family here, no parents living and have only a brother that I can depend on and these people want to lie like they can't type in the number which every company that can swipe a card can also type in card number. There are times that the.actual card won't swipe so.u have to manually enter it. Then sales guys act.like it ain't there fault...they didn't.tell me they could.do it....but.one of your employees did. Plus I told them up front.so I wish they would have doubled checked with the.people that take the down payments.before we started looking at cars..or better yet, your employees should not be giving out information if they are not sure. Also the car prices are at at least 5k to double over kbb prices. I was ready to pay over 500 hundred a month for a 7 yo car but I really needed a ride instead of spending 200 on extended.my rental. Also, I never got.an.apology for.being told wrong information when I called and asked if they could help me. So they couldn't help me when I had 500 down or 2000 down from my bro card that I am authorized on! So my bro is having the credit card company.send me a dup card with.my name on it and he told me do NOT go back to these people. They wasted my time, never apologized for their employee giving me wrong answer to my question and they r overpriced anyways. So my card in my name is on its way now. Even the rep at American express stated they have my information on file and they could have easily called and verified that I was listed on the account. So next weekend some other dealership will be getting that 2k down. Thanks for nothing...oh and train your ppl to not give out false info...MAKE SURE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT BEFORE THEY WASTE SOMEONES TIMES!! More
Rip Off So I had an accident and ended up totalling my vehicle. Went to these people and the worst experience ever is all I can say. They do not tell you un So I had an accident and ended up totalling my vehicle. Went to these people and the worst experience ever is all I can say. They do not tell you until AFTER you've signed on the dotted line that their cars are laced with some device that you have to get renewed from them every two weeks or you can't start your car. It was dark when I drove off the lot, but the next day I noticed the tires were pretty much bald. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in. I went back only for them to tell me they would not replace the tires! I changed insurance companies and auto liquidators LOCKED me out off my account. I emailed a copy of the new declaration page to Jennifer and after I left several voice messages for both Jennifer and Maria, I finally received a call from Maria asking about my car payment nearly three weeks later!). I told her I'd been attempting to get them to unlock my account so that payments could be made. She placed me I hold for a moment and then returned to tell me it was unlocked and asked me to pay just a little more on my current payment that was due and she'd work on getting me caught up since the account was locked in error. Payment was made and my car was repossessed two weeks later! I spoke to Erica (my new client manager)...and Jennifer who told me pretty much that Maria was no longer there, so they weren't honoring the verbal agreement that was made! These people are in business to prey on those with credit challenges, and are ripping them off with a goal to keep you in debt to them. There are SEVERAL other dealers who are there to help those get into a good vehicle, so please bypass Auto Liquidatirs, and do your homework on whomever you do decide to go into business with! More
I have to say this, as much as it pains me to complain about a company, this is something I feel I have to do. So my mother is in need of a car after hers was stolen and then stripped, she has been lookin about a company, this is something I feel I have to do. So my mother is in need of a car after hers was stolen and then stripped, she has been looking at a few places, and driving to school the other day she saw AutoLiquidators on the side of the hwy. After we got out of school she wanted to stop by and look at what they had because they offered in house financing. First thing we did was explain to the sales person her story, and the issues she has with her credit and finances, they said it wasn't a problem, they would just need her to fill out the paperwork and they could get things started, we both said that we would like to look at what vehicles they had to offer before we did any paperwork, salesman reluctantly said ok, took us to a computer to show us some options, he barely knew how to operate the computer, not a huge problem some people just are not computer people, so we asked if we could just see the cars. Out on the lot, they had a number of cars to look at, most had a good body, but I noticed a few had flat tires, not good for test driving. We went and looked at a few car, and finally found one that looked good, and my mother felt comfortable in a 2004 Toyota Camry LE, well while we were looking at it I was trying to look up information as far as MPG and what the bluebook was on it, but for some reason as soon as we got on the lot my phone wouldn't get good internet, so I restarted my phone, for the third time, and was able to pull up the kbb website. You would never believe what I found, when we asked what the price was on the car the salesman said $14,995, which I though a little high, but because of the risky business they were in might have been ok, but KBB said that the suggested retail price is $7,342. Their sticker price is over double the suggested bluebook value. So we asked if that included all the fees, he said everything except the interest, which again for their business you know is going to be high. So we asked if there was anything they could do on the price and the salesman took us inside so he could ask the sales manager. The sales manager came over and started talking to us about the car and said that the owner is the one that decides what prices go on the vehicle and they would have to talk to him but he was in a conference and they couldn't talk to him for 2 days, so we gave them our contact information and they said they would call us back. On the second day my mother called the salesman back and he had to look on his computer to find the notes that he made for my her file, and read off the screen that the owner said "We do not negotiate, the price that is on the sticker is the price we sell for." How is it that a company can sell a 10 year old car for $2,000 less than it would cost to buy a 2013 of the same model. The while time we were there we never felt like our business was wanted, and with that kind of pricing and unprofessionalism, how does a company like that stay in business. Truth be told, after reading a lot of the reviews that I have, I am glad that I was with my mother before she made a huge mistake in that car, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
