I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for years. I am financing two vehicles now. I wanted a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder and was able to get one October 2016. I have been back and forth to the service department five times since Memorial Day 2024. I cannot sit at a traffic light or a drive thru without vehicle running hot. The last time it was in service department was Aug. 16, 2024 and a week later it is back with a final diagnosis of needing a radiator fan at a cost of $725. When I got the vehicle it was supposed to be under three year warranty. With these service department trips, I have been told over and over that the warranty doesn't cover work this vehicle needs. I am feeling so messed over.

There advertising is so false,they trained people to lie with words & there advertising is not what it is recommended.on there websites or Facebook posting. Yes,I'm checking off into false advertisements and sells reps. I'm not slow as they think I was,when I was brushed off. Had my credentials credit score 550,check stubs, license, proof of residency, bank statements,money down,with a biweekly job of 1200 to 1800 when I'm paid,plus direct deposit. Now dam were did I go wrong with the understanding of there advertisements..
