I purchased a vehicle a month ago. I drove it 15 miles to my home, I noticed the temperature gauge was showing that it was over heating. I sit all day and the service technician guy said that they can't duplicate my findings. I brought it back 4 other times and got the same answer. I brought it back yesterday and again I sit all day. The service technician finally tells me that it has a blown head gasket. I'm a very calm and understanding person. I was told that it would take up to two weeks to fix it and all my personal belongings inside the vehicle can be placed in a TRASH BAG and brought to me while I'm sitting in the waiting room and also while I'm sitting there I get a call saying that my plates were ready to be picked up. I'm saying to myself what I'm I going to do put a plate on my chest and back and walk down the highway. I contacted the finance department who's assigned to my account multiple times and she assured she would call me back that never happened as I said I'm a very understanding and calm person, all I asked if you guys can assist me with a loner car it's near the holidays and I want to visit with my family and friends and plus I recently started a new job that I have to get to. I hope you guys are understanding also and assist me with this matter thanks and happy holidays to you all. More
